Sanctom Mind™

How you manage your work (and your personal life).

So easy to use - even your grandma can use it. But so powerful your CTO might get jealous.

Why we created it?

We tried to run a company with AI doing almost all of the work. Every day — all day — alongside our founder.
But none of the Frontier AI platforms could do it.

And the reason was simple: they're built for a chat, not for a company. A chat starts, you get an answer, it ends, and everything about it disappears. That's fine when you're asking a question. It falls apart when you're trying to run a business.

We spent months trying to work around the limitations of these AI platforms — while their inference engines may be really smart and can solve complex problems — the actual front-end platform that real people use to work with their chatbots is, quite frankly, "terrible". We got so frustrated just trying to get real work done — we finally decided to just create what we needed ourselves. That's Sanctom Mind.

Here's ten of the things that kept breaking, and where each one is fixed.

1

You explain yourself from scratch, every single time.

Every new chat starts with an chatbot that knows nothing about your company, your role, or what you're working on. So you paste in the same background paragraph you pasted in yesterday. You become the AI's memory, and it's exhausting.

Chat — your Sanctom Agents™ already know the company, who you are, and what's currently going on before you type a word. You start with the question, not the briefing.

2

Talking to a chatbot is not the same as building a team.

You can spend months working with an chatbot every day and still have no sense of who you're working with. It's a blank text box that answers and goes quiet. There's no one to build a working relationship with — no personality, no tone of voice, no memory of what you talked about yesterday and certainly no relationship being built over time.

Chat via Sanctom Talk™ — your Sanctom Agents™ have a real face, real voice, and real personality and it's the same every time, everywhere in Sanctom™. You can decide how you want to communicate with your Agent team — you can chat via text, see their face while hearing their voice, or have a live video conference with the entire team. Either way you get the full written record afterward, store permanently in Sanctom Soul™, so all team discussions and decisions are always available.

3

You can't hand anything off to anyone. You must keep track of it yourself.

You can ask the chatbot to do something right now. But you can't give it something to own or do later. Nothing is assignable, nothing has a due date, and nobody — human or AI — is accountable for it tomorrow.

Tasks — real work items can be assigned an owner and a due date. Your people and your Sanctom Agents™ appear in the same list, and you can see what's actually being worked on.

4

You are never notified of anything. You are constantly babysitting.

The chatbot only speaks when spoken to. If something finished, or something's overdue, or it needs a decision from you, you'll never know unless you go and check. You end up checking constantly, just in case.

Notifications & Inbox — work comes to you. When something's assigned to you, mentioned you, is coming due, or has changed, it shows up. You stop babysitting.

5

Everything the chatbot does is stuck in a transcript.

Your chatbot drafts the plan, writes the report, builds the summary — and it all sits inside a wall of chat text. You scroll back, copy it out, paste it somewhere real, and hope you got the latest version.

Artifacts — everything your Sanctom Agents™ produce becomes an actual file you can open, preview, share, and download. It keeps its versions, so you always know which one is current, and it stays connected to the project it came from. You can even specify your preferred format for each type of file.

6

You're the one doing every step.

Anything with more than one step means you are the one doing the work between the steps — asking, copying the answer, asking the next thing, pasting it in. The chatbot does the thinking, but you're the one moving the work along. That doesn't scale past you and gets extremely annoying and frustrating when you start working with many chatbots.

Workflows — you just tell your Sanctom Agent™ what you want to do. If it involves more than one step — it will be forwarded to Flint (the Sanctom Dispatch Agent who divides it into multiples tasks, assigns the tasks to the appropriate Sanctom Agents™ and then creates a visual workflow so you can watch it run — from beginning to completion.

7

Nothing happens unless you remember to ask.

You can't just tell a chatbot "do this every Monday morning." If you want the weekly summary, you have to remember it's Monday and go ask for it. The chatbot never remembers to start something on its own.

Routines — tell your Sanctom Agent™ to run a task daily, weekly, or monthly at specific times and it just happens. You can see exactly when it last ran and when it runs next. There's also a library of ready-made Routines to choose from.

8

Chatbots have no sense of time.

It doesn't know what day it is, what times it is or what time zone you are in. So, how could It possible remind you of that deadline you were worried about — or even remind you to do something tomorrow. It also can't tell you what's urgent, and it can't plan around anything real.

Calendar — your schedule and deadlines live in the same place as the work. Sanctom Agents™ are always aware of the date, time and your time zone — so they can see what's coming up on your Calendar and avoid any potential conflicts.

9

There's no structure as you grow.

One long list of chat conversations is fine for one person. Add a few people and a few parts of the business, and you have no way to say "this belongs to marketing, this belongs to operations." Everything's in one pile and nobody knows what's theirs.

Divisions — set up the parts of your business the way they actually work, each with its own owner, people, projects and it's own team of Sanctom Agents™. Everyone can see their piece without wading through everyone else's.

10

You have no idea what's actually going on.

The hardest part of running on chatbots is that you lose the feel for it. Work is happening in a dozen chat windows you can't see, and there's no single place that tells you what's done, what's stuck, and what's coming.

Projects / Workflows / Tasks / Calendar — What's due today, what's running right now, what changed recently, and what needs you. You get the feel for your business back.

These are just the "Top 10" pain points out of 50+ we've identified.
So we started building solutions to all of these problems - because we knew a lot of other people would be experiencing this as well.
