Plain terms for using the Sanctom website and products.
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sanctom website and products provided by Sanctom Holdings Inc. ("Sanctom," "we," "us"). By using Sanctom, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Sanctom.
You must be at least 16 years old, and able to form a binding contract, to use Sanctom. If you use Sanctom on behalf of an organization, you represent that you're authorized to accept these Terms for it.
Sanctom's products are being released through a Founding Member Beta. That means features are still evolving, some may change or be removed, and the service is provided on an early-access basis. We'll be honest about what's live, what's in beta, and what's still on the way.
You agree not to:
You keep ownership of the content you put into Sanctom. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you. We don't claim ownership of your content, and we don't sell it.
Where Sanctom products are paid, pricing and billing terms are presented at the point of purchase. Founding Member pricing and discounts are offered as described on our site and may be subject to additional terms. Billing is handled through third-party payment processors.
Sanctom, the Sanctom name and logo, and the software and content we provide are owned by Sanctom and protected by law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Sanctom is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. This is especially true during the Founding Member Beta.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanctom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using Sanctom at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms as Sanctom grows. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
