Sanctom is building a Foundation in Switzerland — a governance structure designed to hold the mission for as long as Sanctom exists, including after the founder is gone.
Sanctom Holdings Inc. is currently incorporated in Wyoming, in the United States. The intent is to eventually transition under a Sanctom Foundation in Switzerland — a non-profit governance structure built to protect the Sanctom mission across decades, not quarters.
We're doing the research now. The Foundation is planned, not yet established. This page exists because the intent should be on the record before the structure is formal.
A Foundation board oversees the long-term mission of Sanctom — independent of the operating company, designed to outlast individual founders and executives.
The governance is built to resist mission-drift over time — including resistance to being optimized for an acquisition or a wind-down.
The public-facing parts of Sanctom operate in each country where they serve members; the purely-digital parts are structured efficiently and license their products to the regional operators. Sanctom Holdings remains the parent.
Our Revenue Sharing Program is debt-based and evergreen, not equity. There are no shareholders to satisfy and no exit to optimize for — which is exactly what a mission-holding Foundation is designed for.
When the research is complete and the structure is ready. The intent is documented here in the meantime, so members and investors evaluating Sanctom have visibility into the governance roadmap that backs our in-perpetuity thesis.
